Join us in welcoming Chief Distiller Chris (and Distiller of the Year) for a deep dive into Tasmania's Lark Whisky! 

Since their humble beginnings back in 1992 around Bill Lark’s kitchen table, to Coal River, Cambridge, Bothwell and back; it's Lark's ambitious and pioneering spirit coupled with their passion to make the best Tasmanian whisky that underpins what they do, how they create and who they partner with.

Lark Whisky has a slew of gold, silver and bronze medals acknowledging that over the last 30 years, they have created some of the best whisky in Australia.

They were one of four distillers nominated for Worldwide Whisky Producer of the Year at the 2020 International Wine & Spirit Competition.

 

We will be tasting 6 whiskies including the Rebellion ($200) and Peated ($200) plus a Mystery rare treat from the distillery (very likely the $2600 Legacy).
