Terms & Conditions:

As a condition of purchasing a ticket to any My Dan's event, you agree to comply with and be subject to the following terms and conditions.  

1. You warrant that you, and any of your nominated guests, are 18 years or over and that you and your guests will not obtain or supply alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. We may require proof of age to verify your age or your guest's age.

2. You agree to receive a post-event email, which includes a request for feedback on the event, a list of the products experienced at the event, and information on upcoming events. You can opt-out of this email and any further marketing communications relating to this event by emailing events@danmurphys.com.au.

3. There will be no refunds for any tickets except as required by law and as otherwise specified by us and/or the vendor.

4. We reserve the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute vendors and / or vary advertised programs, prices, venues and audience capacity.

5. Tickets will only be valid for the date and time specified at time of purchase and are subject to availability.

6. By attending a My Dan's event, members and their guests acknowledge that a photographer may be present at the relevant event and that the member or his or her guests (if any) may be photographed. Photographs taken at an event are the sole property of Dan Murphy's and its related bodies who have the right to use any such material for marketing purposes, in its reasonable discretion. Members and their guests acknowledge they will not be entitled to any monetary or other compensation for such use.

$50 My Dan's Voucher Terms & Conditions

Offer valid from 31/07/2025 to 31/08/2025. To redeem, during the offer period, download the voucher and add it to your digital wallet, make an in-store purchase of at least $50.00 on any liquor products in a single transaction, and scan both your My Dan’s card and digital voucher at checkout. Limit of one redemption per customer. Customers must be My Dan’s members to redeem, it’s free and easy to join at checkout. This offer is personal to the ticket holder and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Offer not available in conjunction with any other offer. Excludes online purchases on the Dan Murphy's app and website, Gift Cards, eGift Cards, Under Wraps products, Marketplace, and purchases via DoorDash or UberEats.
