Collection Statement 

We are collecting the personal information you provide so that you and your guests (as applicable) can register and attend this My Dan's event.

Terms & Conditions

As a condition of participating in any My Dan's event, you agree to comply with and be subject to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Dan Murphy’s adheres to a strict policy regarding the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) for the protection of the community, our customers and guests and our business. You warrant that you, and any of your nominated guests, are 18 years or over and that you and your guests will not obtain or supply alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. We may require proof of age to verify your age or your guest's age. If you or your guest do not provide appropriate proof of age, you may or your guest may be denied access to the event. 2. By attending a My Dan’s event, you agree to comply with all relevant Dan Murphy’s policies and procedures (including signage in relation to your entry at the relevant store) and to follow the reasonable directions of any Dan Murphy’s team members. 

3. Any alcohol provided at the My Dan’s event must be consumed in store and cannot be taken off premises. 

4. You must not behave in a manner which causes or may cause property damage or that threatens or may threaten the safety of any customers, vendors, Dan Murphy’s team members or any other persons. If we have a reasonable belief that you or your guest are intoxicated, we may refuse you service and you or your guest may be removed from the My Dan’s event. 

5. You and your guest (if any) acknowledge that a photographer may be present at the My Dan’s event and consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded (Recordings). Recordings taken at a My Dan’s event are the sole property of Endeavour Group Limited and its related bodies corporate (Endeavour Group) and you assign all right, title and interest in the Recordings to Endeavour Group and consent to all acts and omissions which would, but for this consent, infringe on your moral rights in respect of the Recordings. Endeavour Group will have the right to reproduce and use the Recordings for any purpose, including, without limitation, in marketing or promotional materials in any medium whatsoever and without any compensation or attribution to your or your guest. 

6. You agree to receive a post event email, which includes a request for feedback on the relevant My Dan’s event, a list of the products experienced at the My Dan’s event and information about upcoming My Dan’s events. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications (i.e., email or SMS) by using the unsubscribe facility provided in that communication or by emailing events@danmurphys.com.au. If you use the opt-out facility provided in a marketing communication, you will be unsubscribed from the specific channel used for that marketing communication. You can also opt-out by contacting our Help Centre.

6. We reserve the right to (a) change, withdraw or reschedule the relevant My Dan’s event, (b) add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute vendors and/or (c) vary advertised programs, prices, venues and audience capacity at any time.
